Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Wuppertal, Germany, Gesco AG is an international enterprise engaged across the process, resource, healthcare, and infrastructure technology sectors. The company's diverse portfolio includes the development, production, and sale of plastic spools and precision injection-molded technical components. Its expertise also extends to specialized steel products, encompassing steel foundry operations, casting, and advanced coating and hardening treatments. Gesco manufactures turned parts from materials such as brass, aluminum, red brass, and Cuphin, with diameters ranging from 6 to 140 mm. In addition to manufacturing, Gesco provides an array of industrial services, including galvanic surface finishing, assembly, thermal material treatment, soldering, welding, and compression. They produce high-quality stainless-steel sheet fabrications like machine cladding, frames, covers, housings, and containers. The company's machinery offerings include milling machines for linear tooth profiles and clamping systems, as well as straightening machines and wheel presses for rolling stock. Furthermore, Gesco supplies specialized processing equipment to the pharmaceutical, food, water technology, and chemical industries, alongside processing strip steel. The company's offerings also feature suspension systems and control box technology tailored for medical and automation applications, mechanical engineering, and plant construction. They produce paper sticks for the confectionery and hygiene sectors, and provide critical safety equipment for the efficient loading and unloading of liquid and gaseous materials on ships and tankers.
