The Customer Solutions segment is responsible for supplying power, gas, and heat, as well as offering products and services aimed at enhancing energy efficiency for residential customers, small and medium-sized enterprises, major commercial and industrial clients, sales partners, and public sector entities. Furthermore, E.ON SE engages in the operation, generation, and dismantling of nuclear power stations situated in Germany and Turkey. The company additionally offers a suite of specialized software solutions and tools, including SmartSim for integrating renewable gases into gas grids, gas quality tracking systems, GasPro for mobile gas sample collection, various metering solutions, and GasCalc for calculating the properties of natural gases, LNG, and biogases.
