Profile

Global Green Chemicals Public Company Limited (GGC) is a prominent producer, distributor, and transporter of oleochemical products, operating across Thailand, China, India, Korea, and other international markets. The company's core business is organized into two primary divisions: Methyl Ester and Fatty Alcohols. GGC manufactures methyl ester, which serves as a key component in biodiesel and as a versatile alternative chemical. Its fatty alcohols are integral to a broad spectrum of goods, including plasticizers, solvents, flavorings, fragrances, detergents, foam stabilizers, lubricants, cosmetics, plastic intermediates, shampoos, paints, coatings, textile and leather processing aids, and printing inks. Furthermore, GGC provides refined glycerine, which finds applications in pharmaceuticals, medical products, creams, lotions, oral hygiene items, resins, plastics, and tobacco. This glycerine also functions as an emollient, offering lubrication and moisture for personal care products, and as an emulsifier for diverse industrial uses. The company's product range also encompasses fatty acids, fatty amines, other alcohol esters, and various by-products, alongside engaging in raw material sales. Originally established in 2005 as Thai Oleochemicals Company Limited, GGC is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, and operates as a subsidiary of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited.
