The company produces and sells precious metal items, specialized chemical compounds, and various instruments. Its operations are divided into three primary divisions: Capital Equipment, Precious Metals, and Consumables. The Capital Equipment segment is responsible for the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of automated fusion systems, high-temperature furnaces for testing and production, and general laboratory apparatus. The Precious Metals division creates products primarily for laboratory applications and the platinum alloy market. Lastly, the Consumables segment produces chemicals and other essential supplies for analytical laboratories.
