Quantum Graphite Limited (QGL) is globally active in the exploration, extraction, refinement, manufacturing, and distribution of flake graphite and related commodities. Its primary asset is the Uley graphite project, located on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia, which comprises five contiguous mining concessions. Additionally, QGL supplies lithium-ion electric batteries and advanced, long-duration energy storage systems that incorporate its proprietary thermal energy storage technologies. The company, originally incorporated in 1986, was formerly known as Valence Industries Limited before rebranding to Quantum Graphite Limited in November 2016. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Melbourne, Australia.
