Profile

At Wereldhave, we are fundamentally reshaping the retail center experience. Our properties function as vibrant community destinations, extending beyond traditional shopping to encompass spaces for working, unwinding, and socializing with loved ones. We currently own and manage 30 centers across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, seamlessly integrating diverse offerings such as leisure activities, entertainment venues, health and beauty services, and dining establishments alongside conventional retail. Our strategic focus is on urban-proximate locations, ensuring robust public transport links and convenient free parking options. A central pillar of our centers' appeal is their robust food retail presence, with each featuring at least one hypermarket or several supermarkets. We operate with a deliberate long-term vision, striving to achieve compelling returns for our investors, generate meaningful value for local communities and other stakeholders, and steadily grow the worth of our assets. At our core, every decision we make is guided by the needs and experiences of our consumers.
