Zomedica Corp. is a veterinary healthcare enterprise dedicated to fulfilling the specific needs of clinical veterinarians through the creation of products for companion animals. The company is actively involved in the development and market introduction of its TRUFORMA platform, which delivers point-of-care diagnostic tools for various canine and feline illnesses. Additionally, Zomedica provides PulseVet, a system used to address a range of musculoskeletal conditions such as fractures, tendonitis, and torn ligaments in horses and smaller animals. Zomedica also maintains collaborative agreements, including one with Celsee, Inc. for the joint development and commercialization of liquid biopsy assays and consumables for detecting cancer in pets, and another with Seraph Biosciences, Inc. for the development and marketing of a novel pathogen detection system. Established in 2015 and based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the company was formerly known as Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp. before adopting its current name in October 2020.
