The bank offers a comprehensive suite of financial products, including various deposit options (time, demand, and accumulating accounts) and a wide array of lending solutions. These encompass consumer, automobile, housing, and working capital loans, alongside specialized financing such as foreign currency indexed loans, gold loans, Eximbank facilities, pre-export loans, and ECA-covered financing. Trade finance instruments like letters of guarantee, letters of credit, export factoring, acceptance credits, and draft facilities are also available, in addition to discounted bills and overdraft services. Further extending its offerings, the institution provides services such as forfeiting, leasing arrangements, and derivative products like forwards and futures. It facilitates salary payments, offers investment accounts, cheque services, safety deposit boxes, tax collection, bill payment, and payment order services, alongside a range of insurance products. Corporate, commercial, and retail customers benefit from foreign trade transaction support, cash management solutions, credit cards, and diverse investment vehicles. For small businesses, particularly those in the retail and service sectors, tailored banking services include overdraft facilities, POS machines, credit and debit cards, cheque books, Turkish Lira and foreign currency deposits, and access to internet banking and call center support. In the realm of capital markets, Türkiye Vakiflar Bankasi conducts various transactions, issues capital market instruments, and engages in the purchase and sale of marketable securities. It also delivers investment consultancy and portfolio management services, in addition to directly investing in marketable debt and equity securities, gold, and other precious metals. As of December 31, 2021, the bank maintained an extensive operational footprint, with 936 branches throughout Turkey, supplemented by four international branches located in New York, Bahrain, Qatar, and Erbil. Established in 1954, Türkiye Vakiflar Bankasi Türk Anonim Ortakligi is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, and operates as a subsidiary of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
