The Nuclear segment supports the full spectrum of the nuclear lifecycle, providing services such as consultancy, field operations, technology solutions, reactor maintenance, decommissioning, waste management, and EPC management. This division also undertakes new reactor construction, complete refurbishments, and supplies necessary spare parts. Infrastructure Services manages operations and maintenance alongside Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for district cooling facilities and power substations. It further delivers engineering solutions for hydroelectric power, transmission and distribution networks, renewable energy sources, energy storage systems, intelligent grids, and cybersecurity. The Resources segment concentrates on project development, execution, and support services, with a primary focus on the mining and metallurgy sectors, in addition to offering Build-Own-Operate (BOO) contract services. Infrastructure EPC Projects is dedicated to the construction of major infrastructure, including mass transit systems, heavy rail, roads, bridges, airports, maritime facilities, and water infrastructure. Lastly, the Capital segment strategically allocates investments to various infrastructure concessions, which include bridges and highways, public transit systems, power generation facilities, energy infrastructure, water treatment plants, and social infrastructure projects. The company maintains a significant international footprint, conducting business across the Asia Pacific region, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. AtkinsRéalis Group Inc. was founded in 1911 and is based in Montreal, Canada.
