The company also maintains an exclusive option to purchase full ownership of the Robinson Creek gold project, situated west of Creighton, Saskatchewan. Established in 2000 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, the company previously operated as Canyon Copper Corp. before adopting the name Searchlight Resources Inc. in July 2018.
