Nippon Seisen Co.,Ltd. operates as a global manufacturer and distributor, specializing primarily in stainless steel wires. Their extensive portfolio of stainless steel wire products includes spring, micro, cold heading, shaft, weaving, and high-alloy/titanium varieties. These wires are fundamental components in diverse industries, serving applications in vehicles, aircraft, office and electrical appliances, medical instruments, consumer goods, and leisure items, as well as in the production of screws and steel nettings. Under the NASLON brand, the company also produces various metal fiber offerings, such as filament yarn, cloth, tape/belts, felt, knit materials, sleeves, and chopped fibers. Additionally, Nippon Seisen is a significant provider of filtration solutions. This encompasses a range of metal filters, including NASLON, NPM, EXCEL PORE, FINE MET, and re-washable systems, which are vital for sectors like synthetic fiber manufacturing, film, resin, nuclear and thermal power generation, petroleum refining, and medicine. They also supply advanced semiconductor gas filters, engineered for processing and bulk gases, component protection, integrated gas panels, and diffusers. The company's product line is further diversified with offerings such as straight bars and various shaped wires (flat, angular, and precise). Their specialized materials include a palladium alloy roll-plated membrane for high-purity hydrogen separation and purification, high-strength copper-alloy wire essential for optical pickups and camera modules, and duplex stainless-steel wire utilized in corrosion-resistant springs, ropes, fasteners, and wire mesh. A specific co-based alloy designed for medical use rounds out their comprehensive selection. Founded in 1951, the company was originally known as The Sanshin Special Wire Manufacturing Company before officially changing its name to Nippon Seisen Co.,Ltd. in October 1956.
