Its Exploration and Production division is responsible for identifying, developing, and extracting crude oil and natural gas. The Refining, Marketing, and Distribution segment handles crude oil processing, petrochemical manufacturing, and transport operations. This division also oversees the trading and sale of crude oil, natural gas, and refined products, as well as the generation, transmission, and sale of electricity and heat, alongside providing various related services. Globally, the company operates a substantial retail network of 5,005 service stations across 19 countries. Furthermore, PJSC LUKOIL produces advanced polymer-modified bitumen binders. The company was founded in 1993 and maintains its headquarters in Moscow, Russia.
