The firm maintains a 100% ownership stake in the Haib project, situated in southern Namibia. Formed in 1987, the company's corporate headquarters are based in Vancouver, Canada. It previously operated under the name Jet Gold Corp. before rebranding to Deep-South Resources Inc. in November 2016.
