Kodiak Energy Inc., operating alongside its subsidiaries, is an enterprise dedicated to the exploration, development, production, and sale of oil and natural gas, with activities spanning both the United States and Canada. The company holds various stakes in Canadian assets, including the Cougar Trout Properties and the First Nations Joint Venture Project in Alberta, as well as the Lucy project in British Columbia. Additionally, Kodiak Energy has acquired complete ownership of a 55,000-acre land parcel situated in northeastern New Mexico. Established in 1999, the company was formerly known as Island Critical Care Corporation before officially rebranding as Kodiak Energy Inc. in December 2004.
