Profile

Radnostix, Inc. (INIS) is a company that specializes in the global manufacturing and sale of crucial nuclear medicine calibration and reference standards, cobalt-60 products, and offers contract services for producing radiopharmaceuticals and radiochemicals. Its operations are structured into five key divisions: Nuclear Medicine Standards, Cobalt Products, Radiochemical Products, Radiological Services, and Fluorine Products. The Nuclear Medicine Standards segment is responsible for creating various sources and standards essential for single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and positron emission tomography (PET) imaging, accurate patient positioning, and for calibrating or testing the performance of dose-measuring equipment within the nuclear pharmacy industry. This segment's product range includes flood sources, dose calibrators, rod sources, flexible and rigid rulers, precision spot and pen point markers, and numerous custom-designed items. The Cobalt Products division processes bulk cobalt, fabricates cobalt capsules for use in radiation therapy and diverse industrial applications, and is involved in the recycling of depleted cobalt sources. Through its Radiochemical Products segment, Radnostix develops and supplies a variety of highly pure radiochemicals, along with the generic drug product sodium iodide I-131, serving medical, industrial, and research applications. The Radiological Services segment offers specialized services such as the safe disposal of flood sources and the intricate processing of gemstones. Finally, the Fluorine Products segment focuses on producing small-scale, high-purity fluoride gas samples for qualification in various industrial applications. It also undertakes the development of critical laboratory and analytical processes required to support a planned uranium de-conversion and fluorine extraction facility. Radnostix, Inc. distributes its products directly to end-users as well as through a network of distributors. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
