For adaptable video transmission, Kraken serves as a software-defined, high-low latency tactical live video encoder and transcoder, enabling streams to navigate various networks and integrate with enterprise distribution. Haivision's offerings also encompass the Haivision Media Platform, a software solution for low-latency live video distribution, and Haivision/CineMassive CineNet, a crucial software platform for achieving situational awareness and rapid decision-making in mission-critical command and control environments. For simplified oversight, the Haivision Element Management System is a cloud software solution for efficient management and monitoring of widely dispersed edge devices via a unified web-based graphical user interface. The Haivision SRT Gateway is a hybrid software solution that secures and routes live video streams across differing IP networks. In the realm of cloud services, Haivision offers Haivision Hub for live and low-latency media routing across the Microsoft Azure network, and Haivision Connect, a cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for delivering live and on-demand content to various video portals and websites. The Haivision Connect DVR is a cloud-based service specifically designed to link multi-site ministries. A core technological contribution is the SRT Streaming Protocol, which significantly optimizes streaming performance even when networks are unpredictable. In addition to these solutions, the company supplies systems for video playback and display, as well as online streaming services. Haivision caters to a broad range of industries, including broadcasting, enterprise, government, houses of worship, medical, and military and defense sectors. Established in 2004 and headquartered in Montreal, Canada, the company operated as Hajtek Vision Inc. until its name change to Haivision Systems Inc. in June 2004.
