It seeks to invest in business services, energy, general industrial, government, healthcare, software, specialty finance; restaurants, TMT, food and beverage, and consumer products. It prefers to take majority stakes in investments. It invests throughout the United States and Canada. It invests between $1 million and $25 million in established companies with revenues between $5 million and $1000 million and stable operating cash flows. Within middle market loans, the investment size across the BSP private debt platform typically ranges from $25 million to over $250 million in companies with EBITDA between $10 million and $100 million. It seeks to have Board representation or Board Observation rights in its portfolio companies.
