Republic First Bancorp, Inc. functions as the holding company for Republic First Bank, delivering a broad spectrum of credit and deposit services to both personal and commercial clients. The bank facilitates various deposit accounts, including consumer and business checking, interest-bearing demand, money market, savings, sweep, and individual retirement accounts, alongside certificates of deposit. For lending, it provides secured and unsecured commercial financing, real estate, construction, and land development loans, in addition to automotive and home improvement loans, mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and overdraft protection. Lockbox services are also part of its offerings. As of April 5, 2022, Republic First Bank maintained 34 operational branches spanning Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties in New Jersey; Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania; and New York County in New York. The company, established in 1987, has its corporate base in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
