AgriMinco Corp., headquartered in Toronto, Canada, concentrates its efforts on the African continent, focusing on the identification, exploration, and advancement of ventures in both the agricultural and industrial mineral sectors, as well as renewable energy solutions. The company actively searches for deposits of various resources, including phosphates, attapulgite clay, rare earth elements, potassium, and other specified minerals. Its project pipeline features the Bassar phosphate exploration initiative, encompassing three exploration permits in northern Togo's Kara district; the Southern Togo project, which consists of a cluster of contiguous rectangular exploration licenses situated northeast of Lomé; and the Oglat and Taoudenni projects, both located within Mali's northern Taoudenni basin. Established in 2010, the firm initially operated as Ethiopian Potash Corp. until its rebranding to AgriMinco Corp. in July 2013.
