Citizens Bancshares Corporation functions as the parent company for Citizens Trust Bank, delivering a comprehensive suite of commercial banking solutions to both individual and business clients. The institution's financial offerings include checking and savings accounts, alongside demand and money market deposits. Beyond these, the company provides investment accounts and certificate of deposit account registry services (CDARS). Further services encompass merchant solutions such as point-of-sale terminals, credit and debit card processing, electronic benefits transfer, gift card programs, and internet shopping cart capabilities, in addition to cash management services and credit cards. Digital banking via online and mobile platforms, as well as check reordering, are also available. The bank maintains a physical presence with seven full-service branches: five situated across metropolitan Atlanta, one in Birmingham, Alabama, and another in Eutaw, Alabama. Founded in 1921, the corporation is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
