The CT REIT segment functions as a closed-end real estate investment trust, overseeing a substantial portfolio of 368 properties. These assets consist of Canadian Tire stores, retail complexes anchored by Canadian Tire, industrial properties, a mixed-use commercial facility, and various development sites. The Financial Services segment furnishes a suite of financial and ancillary products.
