Additional significant products are Pomalyst/Imnovid for multiple myeloma; Orencia, which addresses active rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis; and Sprycel for Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia. Its lineup further features Yervoy for unresectable or metastatic melanoma; Abraxane, a protein-bound chemotherapy; Reblozyl for adult patients experiencing anemia due to beta thalassemia; and Empliciti, also for multiple myeloma. Recent innovations include Zeposia for relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis; Breyanzi, a CD19-directed genetically modified autologous T cell immunotherapy for specific types of B-cell lymphoma; Inrebic, an oral kinase inhibitor for myelofibrosis; and Onureg for adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia.
