Gefran S.p.A., along with its affiliated companies, engineers and manufactures industrial process control solutions and automation components. Its global operations extend across Italy, Europe, North and South America, and Asia. The company organizes its activities into three core divisions: Sensors, Components, and Motion Control. Its extensive product portfolio includes a diverse range of sensors, such as various position sensors (e.g., magnetostrictive, potentiometer, rotary, inclinometer, linear wire), high-temperature melt and industrial pressure sensors, strain and force gauges, and temperature sensors (thermocouple and resistance thermometer types). Furthermore, Gefran supplies control units, programmers, display panels, alarm systems, power control devices (including solid-state relays and fieldbus solutions), and complete automation platforms. For motion control, their offerings comprise industrial and elevator inverters, DC drives, regenerative and AC/DC power supplies, custom configurations, along with servodrives and motors. These products find application across numerous industries, including plastics manufacturing, mobile hydraulics, heat treatment, elevator systems, metallurgy, hoisting and crane operations, water management, food processing, industrial heating processes, woodworking, test benches, glass production, marine environments, painting facilities, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Headquartered in Provaglio d'Iseo, Italy, Gefran S.p.A. operates as a subsidiary of Fingegran Srl.
