VTB Bank, a publicly traded company, offers a comprehensive range of banking and financial services across Russia, OECD countries, and international markets through its subsidiaries. The institution operates across five main segments: Corporate-Investment Banking, Medium and Small Banking, Retail Business, Treasury, and Other Business. Its core offerings include various deposit solutions such as standard and structured term deposits, promissory notes, corporate overnight accounts, and current account placements. VTB also provides an extensive suite of lending products, including credit lines, overdraft facilities, complex loan structures, and advisory services, particularly for the mining industry, with short-, medium-, and long-term loans often facilitated via remote banking systems. Beyond traditional credit, the bank offers cash management, guarantee transactions, letters of credit, documentary and clean collection services, and pooling products. Further specialized services encompass factoring, leasing, pension fund administration, and registrar functions. The investment banking arm delivers debt and equity capital market products, corporate finance solutions, foreign exchange and interest rate products, securitization, commodities trading, securities market operations, and a variety of derivatives, including credit and equity derivatives. Additionally, VTB offers equity repurchase agreements, structured finance, private equity and special situation solutions, infrastructure and project finance, and comprehensive portfolio management and research services, alongside depository functions. The bank also manages cash and settlement services, payment cards and processing, custody, syndication, trade and export finance, implements anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing policies, provides construction and development services, treasury functions, electronic banking, and corporate cards. VTB Bank was established in 1990 and is headquartered in Moscow, Russia.
