Its commercial activities extend to selling petrochemicals—such as phenolic chains, aromatics, polymers, olefins, alcohols, oil refinement products, and fuel materials—along with liquefied petroleum gas. Rosneft also provides essential services like bunkering for ships and aircraft refueling, and markets bitumen products. A significant part of its distribution network involves operating a multitude of retail filling stations. Established in 1995 and headquartered in Moscow, Russia, PJSC Rosneft Oil Company operates as a subsidiary under OJSC Rosneftegaz.
