Randoncorp S.A. specializes in delivering comprehensive solutions for the freight and cargo transportation industry. The company organizes its operations across three primary divisions: Vehicles and Implements, Autoparts, and Services. The Vehicles and Implements segment is dedicated to the production of a wide array of heavy machinery, including trailers, semi-trailers, railway wagons, backhoes, and various other road implements. Founded in 1949 by Raul Anselmo Randon and Hercílio Randon, Randoncorp S.A. maintains its corporate headquarters in Caxias do Sul, Brazil.
