Saputo Inc. functions as a global dairy leader, specializing in the production, marketing, and distribution of an extensive range of dairy products across key international markets including Canada, the United States, Argentina, Australia, and the United Kingdom. These range from staple types such as mozzarella and cheddar to numerous specialty varieties like ricotta, provolone, blue, parmesan, goat cheese, feta, romano, and havarti. Its gourmet offerings include fine cheeses such as brie and camembert, complemented by a broad assortment of other cheeses like brick, colby, farmer, munster, monterey jack, fresh curd, and processed selections. Beyond its solid dairy offerings, Saputo supplies a range of liquid dairy items such as fresh milk, yogurts, sour cream, cottage cheese, and ice cream mixes. The portfolio also encompasses butter, various creams and creamers, aerosol whipped toppings, whipping cream, dips, spreads, culinary oils, flavored coffee whiteners, and ready-to-drink iced coffee, alongside other non-dairy alternatives. Moreover, Saputo produces a suite of dairy ingredients and nutritional products. These include milk powder, casein, different forms of whey (powder and protein concentrates), lactose, lactoferrin, and infant formula. The company also undertakes distribution activities, supplying premium imported cheeses to specialty retailers and managing the delivery of dairy and non-dairy products manufactured by third parties. With a diverse clientele, Saputo serves the retail, foodservice, and industrial segments.
