Furthermore, its operations extend to producing, importing, marketing, and exporting automotive lubricants and various chemicals. The company is also active in developing, manufacturing, marketing, and exporting specialized sealing and insulation products, bitumen, coatings, and adhesives for the transportation, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Paz also supplies aviation fuel and offers refueling services to airlines. Its industrial activities include generating petroleum products and electricity, importing crude oil and other raw materials, and providing procurement services. The company was initially known as The Shell Company of Palestine before officially becoming Paz Oil Company Ltd. in 1960.
