Its operations are structured into three key segments: Offshore and Engineering, Marine, and Energy Services. The Offshore and Engineering division focuses on the inspection, upkeep, and fabrication of both offshore and onshore structures. It serves a broad range of sectors, including construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, energy, utilities, and water treatment. This segment also manages the design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of structural and precision engineering systems, alongside providing plant services. The Marine segment offers specialized services and products for the maritime and offshore oil and gas industries. This includes manufacturing sterngear, repairing and modifying propellers, and restoring Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) blades. They also provide bronze casting for damaged components such as cargo pumps, casings, and impellers. Additionally, this division conducts thorough inspection, repair, and maintenance operations at shipyards, anchorages, ports, wharves, jetties, and directly on vessels. Through its Energy Services segment, Mencast provides environmental solutions, encompassing waste treatment and recovery systems. Their capabilities include the processing of various waste streams such as water, oily sludge, contaminated soil, solid wastes, and filter cakes. Beyond these core activities, the company is involved in the supply, refurbishment, and reconditioning of sterngear, provides oil and gas equipment and precision engineering services, and offers consultancy expertise.
