Established in 1980 and headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Bawan Company operates across several distinct industrial sectors. Its Metal and Wood segment is a multifaceted division, manufacturing a variety of products such as wooden pallets, various plywood panels and boards, medium and high-density wood products coated with decorative paper, platforms, wooden bowls and boxes, prefabricated hangars, and steel buildings, alongside rebar forming and bending. This segment also functions as a general contractor, undertaking services like repair, demolition, rebuilding, and construction of residential, commercial, public, educational, recreational, and health facilities. Furthermore, it provides maintenance, operation, and installation for diverse equipment, devices, and electrical and electronic systems; offers the supply and installation of iron and wood doors; and specializes in carpentry, painting, and drawing on iron and wood. Infrastructure projects, including aluminum works, electrical extensions, and road, bridge, and street construction, are also within its scope. The Plastic segment is dedicated to producing a diverse range of plastic items, including polystyrene foam plates, polyethylene foam for packaging and insulation slices, soft and rigid colored polyvinyl chloride sheets, soft and hard polystyrene-padded polyvinyl chloride sheets, vacuum fan components, transparent PET polyethylene containers, polyethylene bottles, and PET preforms with their corresponding covers. Bawan's Electrical segment engages in the wholesale and retail of essential electrical components such as transformers (electric and voltage), voltage stabilizers, battery chargers, welding equipment, and electric substation apparatus. Beyond sales, this segment offers comprehensive trading, distribution, import/export, testing, inspection, and goods clearance services. Lastly, the Concrete segment manufactures concrete products and provides specialized repair and maintenance for laboratory tools and equipment, industrial machinery, and electrical and non-electrical equipment, as well as desalination and sewage plants. It also executes various electrical and mechanical works.
