Profile

Skellerup Holdings Limited is an engineering enterprise dedicated to the design, production, marketing, and distribution of specialized products for both the industrial and agricultural sectors. Its operations are structured into two main divisions: Agri and Industrial. The Agri segment offers a comprehensive selection of items for farming, particularly catering to the dairy industry. This includes food-grade dairy rubberware such as milking liners, tubing, filters, accessories, and feeding teats. It also provides robust rubber footwear suitable for farm use, as well as for demanding applications in fire, forestry, and electrical distribution. Further offerings in this segment include dairy vacuum pumps and solutions for dairy hygiene and livestock health management, specifically for mastitis prevention and detection. The Industrial segment encompasses a vast array of specialized products and components. These range from sealing and waterproofing solutions essential for roofing, plumbing, and civil/underground infrastructure, to a wide variety of rubber and plastic components. These components, such as pipe seals, diaphragms, washers, gaskets, custom rubber moldings, check valves, and O-rings, serve critical functions across automotive, general industrial, infrastructural pipe, valve, and medical industries. The segment also manufactures high-precision technical products for the automotive, flow control (water management), appliance, and other industrial markets. Its capabilities extend to fabric-reinforced diaphragms, rubber-metal seat valves, injector components, and both injection-moulded and thermoformed engineered plastic products. Additionally, Skellerup manufactures various foam products, including EVA, PE, and blended foams, for diverse applications like marine, sports, leisure, orthotic/prosthetic, and construction. It also provides other soft material solutions for healthcare, electronics, and comfort. The segment's offerings are rounded out with Flexiflo, a live wall system for chutes, and a line of silicone products. The company maintains a significant global footprint, conducting its primary operations across New Zealand, Australia, North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the broader European continent, and Asia. Established in 1910, Skellerup Holdings Limited has its headquarters situated in Auckland, New Zealand.
