Consumer loans: providing personal credit solutions. Additionally, the company offers a suite of other financial services, including internet banking, wire transfers, digital bill payment, lockbox services, courier services, and comprehensive cash management. It also holds various investment securities, municipal and non-profit loans, and leases. Strategic investments are made in low-income housing tax credits and Small Business Investment Corporations, alongside a portfolio of real estate loans and related securities. Western Alliance Bancorporation maintains a physical presence through 36 branch locations and numerous loan production offices. The company was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
