Select Medical Holdings Corporation (SEM) is a U.S.-based healthcare organization that manages a diverse portfolio of specialized medical facilities. The company operates across four primary divisions: critical illness recovery hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, and occupational health centers. Its Critical Illness Recovery Hospital division focuses on patients with severe and complex medical conditions, such as heart failure, infectious diseases, respiratory failure, renal issues, neurological events, and trauma requiring extended recovery.
