KeyCorp, a financial holding company founded in 1849 and based in Cleveland, Ohio, primarily conducts its operations through its subsidiary, KeyBank National Association. This includes syndicated finance, debt and equity capital market products, commercial payment solutions, equipment financing, commercial mortgage banking, derivatives, foreign exchange, financial advisory, and public finance. They also specialize in commercial mortgage loans for diverse sectors like consumer, energy, healthcare, industrial, public sector, real estate, and technology. Beyond its core banking activities, KeyCorp is involved in community development financing, securities underwriting, brokerage, and investment banking services. As of December 31, 2021, KeyCorp maintained a significant physical presence, operating nearly 1,000 branches and over 1,300 ATMs across 15 states. Customers can also access services through additional offices, comprehensive online and mobile banking platforms, and a dedicated telephone banking call center.
