These include commercial real estate and construction loans, short and medium-term financing, revolving credit lines, and funding for inventory and accounts receivable. Additionally, it provides business savings accounts, certificates of deposit, wire transfers, and secure depository options like night drops and lockbox services. The company's trust department offers personal trust services, covering investment portfolio management, estate planning and administration, custodial services, and pre-need trusts. Institutional trust offerings include the management of 401(k)s, defined benefit and defined contribution employee benefit plans, and individual retirement accounts. AmeriServ also provides financial advisory services through the sale of mutual funds, annuities, and insurance products.
