Grupo KUO, S.A.B. de C.V. is a diversified conglomerate that, through its subsidiaries, produces and distributes a wide array of products, including consumer goods, plastics, chemical compounds, and automotive parts, with operations extending across Mexico, the United States, Spain, Belgium, and China. The company's business is structured into three primary divisions: Consumer, Chemical, and Automotive. The Consumer segment is dedicated to the production and sale of pork products, along with various processed foods and beverages. The Chemical division specializes in the manufacture and commercialization of plastic materials and chemical commodities like synthetic rubber and polymers. In the Automotive segment, the focus is on developing and assembling high-performance components and transmissions, as well as fabricating and marketing automotive spare parts such as pistons, braking systems, bearings, gaskets, and seals, predominantly under its prominent brands Tremec, Fritec, TF Victor, and Moresa.
