International Workplace Group plc (IWG) is a leading global provider of flexible workspace solutions, operating an extensive network across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and the United Kingdom. IWG caters to diverse business needs by offering a wide array of options, including dynamic coworking and collaborative environments, adaptable and scalable office spaces, and private professional suites. Their comprehensive service portfolio extends to virtual offices, fully equipped meeting rooms, business lounges, and essential reception and conference support. These services are provided to property owners, franchise partners, and landlords alike. The company manages a substantial portfolio of well-known brands, such as Regus, Spaces, HQ, Signature, Basepoint, Stop & Work, The Office Operators, BizDojo, Open Office, No18, The Clubhouse, Central Working, The Wing, and Copernico. In addition to its physical footprint, IWG leverages technology through various platforms. These include Worka, a user-friendly application for discovering and reserving office and meeting spaces; Easy Offices, an online brokerage facilitating workplace searches; HomeToWork, a resource platform for remote work content and events; Rovva, a digital toolkit designed to support business growth; and Meetingo, a dedicated platform for meeting solutions. They also provide bespoke managed office solutions. As of December 31, 2021, IWG's impressive global presence encompassed 3,314 locations spread across 1,135 towns and cities in 120 countries worldwide. Founded in 1989 as Regus plc, the company adopted its current name, IWG plc, in December 2016. Its headquarters are situated in Zug, Switzerland.
