Hosokawa Micron is also actively involved in developing nanoparticle technology for new material innovation and supplies environmental protection equipment, dust and product recovery systems, and precise atmospheric control apparatus. In addition to its equipment offerings, the company provides specialized toll processing and contract manufacturing services to the chemical, ceramics, and mineral sectors. Within the blown film industry, it supplies complete film blowing and orientation lines, as well as critical extrusion components like extruders, dies, winders, and haul-offs. Their product range also includes ancillary equipment such as treaters, blenders, gravimetric systems, air chillers, and steel support structures. Beyond industrial solutions, Hosokawa Micron has diversified into personal care, developing the NanoCrysphere skincare product and the NanoImpact scalp care series.
