Nicca also supplies penetrants for alkali treatment and mercerization, alongside bleaching stabilizers, in-bath quality improvers, light fastness enhancers, machine cleaners, silicone-based repellents, flame retardants, softeners, and stiffeners. Beyond textiles, Nicca develops specialty chemicals tailored for specific applications such as pulp and paper manufacturing, metalworking processes, and recording paper formulations, in addition to its core surfactant products. Furthermore, the company's performance chemicals are engineered to impart a wide array of desirable attributes to various materials. These include enhancing properties such as abrasion resistance, shock absorption, durability, softness, toughness, heat resistance, lubricity, and anti-blocking characteristics. Nicca also develops solutions for water and oil repellency, defoaming, high refractive index, optical scattering, high hardness, superior coating abrasion, hydrophilicity/anti-fogging, and high solubility, in addition to antifouling, anti-fingerprint, and low dielectric functionalities. In the cleaning sector, the company supplies specialized laundry chemicals for the dry cleaning industry, detergents for linen supply services, and critical infection control chemicals for medical and welfare institutions. Venturing into advanced materials, Nicca produces functional photo-cross-linkers, carbon fiber composite materials, and femtoreactor products. Its innovative offerings also include ultra-dispersed diamonds and transparent projection screens. On the consumer front, Nicca develops a comprehensive line of personal care products, encompassing hair and scalp care, styling solutions, pre and post-treatment formulations, perm and hair color products, skincare items, and hair straighteners.
