The company provides extensive IT outsourcing, encompassing co-location, mailing systems, data backup, and cloud platforms. It specializes in comprehensive system development, from initial consulting and construction to ongoing operation and maintenance across various industries, and also functions as a mobile virtual network operator. Complementing these, TOKAI Holdings delivers cable television (CATV) services, high-speed fiber-optic internet, and telephony. Beyond these primary fields, TOKAI Holdings diversifies into numerous other ventures. These include bottled water delivery services via its Ulunom and Fujishigen brands, and comprehensive security solutions ranging from elderly monitoring to surveillance for commercial and industrial premises. The company also acts as an agent for life and property insurance, supplies office furniture and photocopiers, and develops management systems for buildings and condominiums. Its hospitality offerings comprise wedding, reception, and restaurant facilities. Further services extend to nursing care, ship repair, and bridal planning. In the real estate and construction domain, the company develops various properties such as detached homes, apartment complexes, and office buildings. It engages in property leasing for shops and offices, and provides housing equipment design, construction, sales, and installation services to home builders.
