PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, operating within Indonesia, delivers a comprehensive array of banking and financial solutions to a diverse client base, including individual consumers, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and larger commercial and corporate entities. The bank structures its operations through distinct Retail and Wholesale segments. Core offerings encompass various account types such as savings, checking, and current accounts, alongside both conventional time deposits and Sharia-compliant deposit options. It also issues credit and debit cards. Beyond these, Danamon provides a wide range of lending and financing solutions, including unsecured personal loans, property mortgages, Sharia housing loans, and specialized financing for automotive purchases and business operations. Further services extend to Sharia leasing, funding for employee cooperatives, working capital facilities, investment financing, trade finance, additional mortgage products, and financial supply chain solutions. Complementing these are cash management services that cover collection, payment processing, and liquidity optimization. The bank's portfolio also features foreign exchange services, interest rate and cross-currency swaps, marketable securities, money market instruments, and repo/reverse repo agreements. Digital banking (e-banking) is a key offering, as are Sharia-based financial products for both businesses and individuals. Insurance products span personal, investment-linked, health, and general categories. For investors, offerings include mutual funds, investment plans, bonds, and access to foreign exchange markets, among other specialized solutions. As of December 31, 2021, Danamon maintained an extensive physical presence across Indonesia, comprising 41 conventional main branches, 369 conventional sub-branches, cash branches, and functional branches, along with 14 Sharia branches and sub-branches. Its self-service network further included approximately 1,471 automated teller machines (ATMs) and 70 cash deposit machines (CDMs). Established in 1956, the institution initially operated as Bank Kopra Indonesia before adopting its current name, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, in 1976. Headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, Bank Danamon functions as a subsidiary of MUFG Bank, Ltd.
