Operating across Indonesia, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk delivers a comprehensive suite of financial solutions and banking services. Its offerings encompass a range of deposit products, including savings, current, demand, time, and certificates of deposit accounts, alongside debit cards for transactional convenience. The bank extends various lending facilities, such as consumer and construction loans, tailored credits for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, funding for commercial and institutional clients, and both subsidized and standard mortgage options, in addition to credit card services. Furthermore, the institution engages in issuing debt instruments and provides a broad spectrum of other banking activities. These include factoring, trustee services, investment banking, treasury management, asset and wealth management, electronic data capture, cash management, branchless banking, bank guarantees, safe deposit box facilities, money transfer and remittance, and payroll processing. Its digital infrastructure supports a robust electronic banking platform, featuring automated teller machines (ATMs) and kiosks, cash deposit machines, debit card functionality, internet banking, virtual accounts, SMS banking, and mobile banking applications. As of December 31, 2021, the company commanded a substantial operational footprint throughout Indonesia. Its physical network consisted of 6 regional offices; 108 branch offices (including 29 dedicated sharia branches); 604 sub-branch offices (61 of which were sharia-compliant); 58 functional offices; 7 sharia cash offices; 12 sharia payment points; and 51 mobile sub-branch offices functioning as cash points. Supplementing these were 2 service offices, equivalent to sub-branches. The bank also deployed an extensive array of 2,115 E-channels, encompassing automated teller machines (ATMs) and cash recycle machines, to provide widespread access to its services. Established in 1897, the institution initially operated under the name Bank Tabungan Pos before officially adopting PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in 1963. Its main corporate offices are located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
