It also participates in the mining and commercialization of nonferrous metal products, in addition to offering comprehensive mining and subcontracting services. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, the company adopted its present name in May 2012, having previously been known as China Electric Power Technology Holdings Limited.
