Established in West Perth, Australia, in 1972, CTI Logistics Limited delivers a full suite of transport, logistics, and property services throughout the country. The company's operations are divided into three core segments: Transport, Logistics, and Property. The Transport division offers a diverse array of solutions, including express courier and parcel delivery, taxi truck services, comprehensive fleet management, heavy and line haul operations, efficient container handling, and international freight forwarding. Under its Logistics segment, CTI provides specialized flooring logistics, alongside extensive warehousing and distribution capabilities. These encompass contracted distribution centers, overflow storage, precise pick-and-pack, bulk product storage, external laydown areas, meticulous stock control, and quarantine inspection and processing, with particular expertise in temperature-controlled storage and delivery for sensitive goods like wine, food, and health products. The company also offers vital logistical support to the minerals and energy industries. Further expanding its services, CTI installs and maintains security systems such as electronic alarms, CCTV, and access control for both residential and commercial clients. Additionally, it manages comprehensive records, offering secure storage for documents, archives, core samples, data, and media, complemented by imaging, scanning, scheduled deliveries, document destruction, and online activity reporting. Ancillary services include shredding, recycling, and specialized wrapping for plant and equipment cleaning, fumigation, and sealed quarantine. Finally, the Property segment oversees the rental of both company-owned and investment properties.
