Meanwhile, the Personal Health division markets consumer products such as electric toothbrushes, brush heads, interdental cleaning, and teeth whitening items. It further offers infant feeding and digital parenting technologies, along with male grooming and beauty appliances. Philips has forged key collaborations, including a strategic alliance with Ibex Medical Analytics Ltd. to jointly promote digital pathology and AI solutions to healthcare providers globally, and a strategic partnership with NICO.LAB. Established in 1891 and headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, the enterprise rebranded from Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. to its current name, Koninklijke Philips N.V., in May 2013.
