Gold Terra Resource Corp. is a Canadian company focused on discovering and developing mineral deposits. The company's principal asset is its wholly-owned Yellowknife City gold project, located in the Northwest Territories, which includes the Northbelt, Southbelt, Eastbelt, and Quyta-Bell properties. Across the Northwest Territories, its total land package, comprising this project and various other claims and interests, covers about 800 square kilometers. Furthermore, Gold Terra holds full ownership of the Mulligan property in New Brunswick and maintains interests in the Aurora 1 and 2 claims near Yellowknife. Established in 2007 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, the company adopted its current name, Gold Terra Resource Corp., in February 2020, having previously operated as TerraX Minerals Inc.
