Vision Technology Corp., also known by its operating name VSTC Corporation, is dedicated to crafting IP multimedia technologies. These innovations are designed to facilitate the transmission of video, voice, data, and diverse multimedia capabilities. The company provided comprehensively supported IP multimedia applications, which offered extensive customization in both features and form. Originally established in 2005 and based in Southern Pines, North Carolina, the company was initially incorporated as GTX Global Corp. It later rebranded in July 2006 to Vision Technology Corp. Regrettably, Vision Technology Corp. initiated a voluntary Chapter 7 liquidation petition on March 7, 2007, filed in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
