Profile

VAT Group AG, along with its subsidiaries, is a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of vacuum valves. Its extensive international presence covers Switzerland, the broader European continent, the United States, Japan, Korea, Singapore, China, and the wider Asian region. The Valves division primarily supplies advanced vacuum valves crucial for the semiconductor, display, photovoltaics, and vacuum coating sectors, as well as for various industrial and research applications. Complementing this, the Global Service segment offers vital after-sales support, including spare parts provision, repair services, system enhancements, and general technical assistance. Beyond its core valve offerings, VAT Group AG also manufactures specialized gas inlet valves, multi-valve integrated modules, vacuum chambers with embedded valves, various motion and mechanical components, and high-precision edge-welded metal bellows. Founded in 1965, the company's corporate headquarters are situated in Sennwald, Switzerland.
