Established in 2010 and headquartered in North Vancouver, Canada, the company transitioned to its current name in July 2021, having previously been known as Le Mare Gold Corp. Its portfolio includes full ownership of the Brussels Creek property, which covers 1,350.43 hectares across 17 claims in British Columbia's Kamloops Mining District. Recharge Resources also possesses a 100% interest in the Pinchi Lake nickel project, encompassing 3,354.64 hectares in central British Columbia, and holds a 75% stake in the Kagoot Brook cobalt-nickel project, spanning 4,233 hectares in New Brunswick, Canada. Additionally, the company entirely owns the Georgia Lake North & West Lithium properties, which consist of two separate projects totaling 320 and 432 hectares within Ontario's Thunder Bay Mining Division. Beyond Canada, it has an interest in the 800-hectare Pocitos 1 lithium brine project, situated near Salta, Argentina.
