Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) is a financial institution offering a comprehensive range of services across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Greater China, the wider Asia Pacific region, and various international markets. Its Global Consumer and Private Banking division caters to individual clients, providing core retail banking products such as current, savings, and fixed deposit accounts, as well as personal and home loans, and credit cards. This segment also delivers wealth management solutions, including unit trusts, bancassurance products, structured deposits, and brokerage services. For high-net-worth individuals, it extends specialized investment advisory, portfolio management, estate and trust planning, and bespoke wealth structuring services. The Global Wholesale Banking unit supports corporate entities, public sector clients, and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Its offerings span project and trade financing, short-term credit, working capital solutions, and tailor-made equity-linked financing instruments. Additionally, it provides cash management and custodial services, capital market solutions, corporate finance and advisory banking, and a range of treasury products. OCBC's Global Treasury and Markets segment actively engages in foreign exchange transactions, money market operations, and the trading of fixed income instruments and derivatives. It further provides structured treasury products and sophisticated financial solutions. The Insurance division offers both fund management services and a variety of life and general insurance products. Meanwhile, the 'Others' segment primarily focuses on property and investment holding activities. The bank maintains a substantial physical presence, operating approximately 430 branches and representative offices across 19 different countries and regions. Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, founded in 1912, has its main headquarters situated in Singapore.
